sunday lane is #1

i'm so proud of my sweet girl for rising up from the lower
ranks to the #1 spot.  if she stays at the top, she will have
the opportunity to 'open' for the hanson's august concert.

just click here and then click on 'standings' to see her
exciting progress!

this would be such a wonderful break for her to achieve
her dream.  i'm all about helping my children pursue and
enjoy their dreams.

"for You have been my hope, oh sovereign Lord, my
confidence since my youth."  psalm 71:5

thank you to everyone, especially my cousin steve, who
has helped vote her in!  let's pray that she "won't go back
down!!!!"

love,
lea

Did you know that you can embed her song on your blog? That would be pretty cool. Just click under "Share" and grab that url in the "embed" box. Paste it where you want it and Bob's your uncle!

This is the COOLEST. Can we vote or something??? I love the song, and I love seeing someone's child achieve their dreams. My son is in Hollywood trying to achieve his dreams, and it's exciting to watch.

BTW, she is beautiful!

Wow! Thanks for posting the link. I went to the site before and couldn't find her song. She is great! My girls both write, play, and sing. One loves country, the other one loves christian alternative. I think as parents it is our job to support our children in pursuing their dreams. You are doing a great job of that. I'll be praying for great results. Keep us posted. Carla

I voted again. I didn't get her any higher, but the good news is I didn't lower her standing either!

Whew. My finger's tired.

Lea, how exciting for your daughter! Praying for her and this adventure! I meant to tell you awhile ago you commented that I was probably finishing up math while you had finished a cup a coffee. I chuckled as I had probably finished a cup of coffee along with you at that same time! Our boys are actually in school this year (we homeschooled while we were gone for the winter but hubby and I had agreed they would go back when we returned.) Year by year we take it-my heart is for them to be home but I know my precious Lord will work out all the details-He is SO much better at that then me! (even though I forget and He has to remind me often!) Praying all is well :) Hugs!
